Edsion- 1AR Insulating Varnish

EDISON-1AR CLEAR IS AN AIR DRYING FINISHING VARNISH.

EDISON-1AR is phenolic resin insulating varnish. After evaporation of the solvent by means of a circulating air in oven the resin reacts under application of heat to give a tough and hard material.

Available in – 200ML,500ML,1LITRE,5 LITRE,20Ltrs, 200 litres tin container.

EDISON-1AR IS AVAILABLE IN BOTH CLEAR/GOLDEN COLOUR.
CLEAR VARNISH GIVES SHINNY/GLOSSY HARD FILM ON MOTOR WITH TOUGH BINDING
IN GOLDEN VARNISH A YELLOWISH GOLDEN FILM WILL APPREAR WITH SAME INSULATION AND HARDNESS.

EDISON-1AR CLEAR CAN BE PROCESSED BY DIPPING METHOD OR BY BRUSHING METHOD.
IN DIPPING AND BAKE METHOD – Dip-and-bake system is probably one of the most common conventional methods of applying varnish. In this process, the complete stator and coil assembly is sub merged in a tank of varnish, either under normal atmosphere or under vacuum or pressure. Either preheated or at ambient temperature depending on the type of varnish being used.
